Intercoms of different brands and models may differ in frequency, codec, and power. While they can theoretically be paired, these devices may experience issues such as reduced communication range, reduced sound quality, limited functionality, and Bluetooth version incompatibility.
Therefore, we recommend pairing devices of the same model whenever possible to ensure optimal communication and stability, while also fully utilizing their features.
X10, Q8, MS8, MS20, K1, K1 PRO, K1 PRO+ can all be paired together via Mesh. When used together, the number of users will be based on the device with the fewest users.

Our Mesh product is a confidential call channel. We only support the combination of products of the same brand and series. Other Mesh products are not within the scope of the test and cannot guarantee the usage. You can use Bluetooth pairing to pair with other devices.

If it says that the device cannot be found, please try to replace the Type-C USB data cable or update the USB HID driver or change the computer device and test again. Currently, it is only supported to upgrade through the upgrade program.
The newly purchased device may be the latest version, which is higher than the update firmware package. If there is no problem with your device, it is not recommended to update.
